Dr. Paige Hubert has a passion for helping moms and soon-to-be moms navigate the Motherhood Transition. Being a mom is a demanding job that would usually come with a list of unnecessary discomfort. Not anymore!

Dr. Paige wants you to be able to go through pregnancy without pain (yes- it’s possible), play on the floor with your kiddos, NEVER leak pee again, and stop searching for the nearest bathroom “just in case”. She wants to help women with PCOS and endometriosis have less pain. She wants to help you feel like YOU again.

Dr. Paige graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2018. A passion for helping others perform at optimal health led her to choosing a career in the field of Physical Therapy.

Paige founded Recharged Performance Therapy after quickly realizing the need for in-home and virtual care for women in all stages of life. She has made it her mission to help all women recharge their lives and get back to feeling like themselves again.

Dr. Paige treats women in Brevard County, Florida in-person and virtually. She is also your go-to for birth preparation (so much better than the hospital class) and birth support (think like a doula but better).

Dr. Laura Greene has been working as a physical therapist for over 12 years, but she found her passion in helping women and moms feel the best they can. Stop worrying about pain, leakage, or any other “lady” issues- Dr. Laura is here to help all women conquer things that others assume are normal, but actually aren’t. When women are able to live healthier lives, they are able to care for their families and communities better!

Dr. Laura graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, TN in 2011. She has always had a desire to help others, and her childhood spent playing sports and getting injured led her to a career in physical therapy.

Meeting Dr. Paige, and being introduced to the world of women’s health, has helped her find her passion of helping women in all stages of life.

Dr. Laura is a mom to 3 kiddos (with a set a twins!) so she knows what it takes to be a Mama! She also knows how easy it is to put yourself on the back burner.

Dr. Sky Knott has been a physical therapist since 2020 and imagined she would always consider herself an “orthopedic therapist,” that is, until she became a mom herself and crossed paths with Dr. Paige.

Fueled by her own post-partum journey, she quickly discovered that helping women and moms return to life without pain, leakage, or heaviness was the perfect blend of her orthopedic background and the need for evidence-based, wholistic care for women in our community.

Say “goodbye” to barriers and “hello” to YOU again. Dr. Sky wants you to feel strong, resilient, and limitless. She wants you to rediscover that symptom-free lifting, running, jumping, walking - and everything in between- can be yours again. It is her hope that through this process, you’ll realize you’ve never been stronger.

Dr. Sky graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2020. As a former collegiate athlete, she has always shared a passion for removing barriers to physical activity and helping others return to what they love. It is this passion, coupled with her own experience with injuries, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Dr. Sky is mom to a sweet baby boy, a lover of deep conversations and the great outdoors, and believes, along with her favorite author C.S. Lewis that, “you can never have a cup of tea large enough or book long enough.”
