create your birth plan (or birth guideline as Dr. Paige calls it)
understand your rights as a birthing person
assist in preparations for your birth of choice
support you and your family during the birth
assist with position changes, counter pressure, and other relief techniques during birth
coach you and your partner through the birth event
assist with maternal recovery post-birth
assist you with transition to your new life with the new little one
We do all of this through:
Going through our birth prep course
Dr. Paige acting as your Birth support (like a doula)
Prenatal and Postpartum visits
Holmes Regional Hospital and the Surrounding Hospitals in Brevard County are now allowing Birth Support (Doulas) and other guests during your labor.
We also attend home births and birth center births!

What is included? The Birth Better Birth Course & Dr. Paige’s Birth Support Services at your birth!
What can be added? An extra Prenatal Visit as well as Postpartum Visits are available for an additional cost.
